Missy Eldredge Scholarship

The Society for the Study of Egyptian Antiquities (USA) conducts the granting of the Missy Eldredge Memorial Scholarship.

This grant has been privately funded in memory of Margaret (Missy) Eldredge, who had a keen interest in ancient Egypt and the role of the family.

Two Scholarships will be awarded: one to an undergraduate, and one to a graduate, based on nominations received from their department faculty.

It is hoped that the successful applicants will present the results of their research at the Annual Meeting of the SSEA if possible.

Any scholar interested in the role of the family in Ancient Egypt is eligible.
