Bylaw Amendments 2006

At the 2006 Annual General Meeting of the SSEA, the Board of Trustees will present a series of amendments to the Society's bylaws. These amendments are being proposed to better reflect the current structure of the Society and to lay the groundwork for the Society's future.

Because members will be asked to vote on these amendments at the meeting, we ask you to please review them before the meeting.
